Care Smart app - Change Profile Password

Here's how to change the password for your Care Smart profile via the Care Smart app.
  • If the Care Smart account is associated with either a Google or Apple email address, the password must be changed on those respective accounts.
  • Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

  1. Open the
    Care Smart app
    .
    If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

  2. Tap
    Profile
     (lower-right).
  3. Tap
    Account Information
    .
  4. Tap
    Change Password
  5. Enter the following info:
    • Your Password (current password)
    • New Password
    • Confirm New Password
  6. Tap
    Save
