Here's how to remove or delete apps if your V60 ThinQ 5G UW is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
If you need to uninstall apps on your LG V60 ThinQ™ 5G UW, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Application manager
    App info
    .
    These instructions apply to Home mode only.
  2. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Menu icon Menu icon
    Show system
     (upper-right).
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm
    • To uninstall app updates:
      This option is only available when an update has been installed.
