Here's how to link or unlink duplicate contacts in your V60 ThinQ 5G UW.
The Contacts app on your LG V60 ThinQ™ 5G UW uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™, Facebook®, etc.). If contact info was joined in error it can be separated back into individual contacts.

Link Contacts

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Essentials
    Contacts Contacts icon
    .
    These instructions apply to Home mode only.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon(upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Manage contacts
    .
  4. Tap
    Merge
    .
  5. If presented with a 'Merge notification' pop-up, tap
    OK
    .
  6. From the 'Merge suggestion' tab, tap
    Merge
     next to the applicable contact to merge.

Unlink Contacts

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Essentials
    Contacts Contacts icon
    .
    These instructions apply to Home mode only.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon(upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Manage contacts
    .
  4. Tap
    Merge
    .
  5. If presented with 'Merge notification' pop-up, tap
    OK

  6. Tap the
    Merged contacts tab
    .
  7. Tap
    Separate
    .
