moto g stylus - Configure Stylus Settings

Here's how to access and configure stylus settings for your moto g stylus.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Stylus
    .
  3. From the 'Stylus removal' section, do any of the following:
    • Tap
      When device is locked
       then select an option (e.g., Open Moto Note, Open Keep Notes, Don't open anything, etc.).
      Selected when dot is blue.
    • Tap
      When device is unlocked
       then select an option (e.g., Show shortcuts, Open an app, Show nothing, etc.).
      Selected when dot is blue.
  4. Tap the
    Back icon
     Back icon (upper-left) to return to the 'Stylus' screen.
  5. Tap any of the following to turn on Switch On icon or off Switch Off icon:
    • Removal reminder
    • Record last removal
    • Vibrate when inserted
