Connected Car Wi-Fi (Lexus) - Perform a Factory Reset

Here's how to factory / hard reset your Lexus in-car Wi-Fi if issues occur.
  • Performing a factory reset deletes personal data (e.g., audio, navigation, phone, etc.) and restores the unit to default settings.
  • Perform the steps below if you are unable to subscribe to Mobile Hotspot post trial.
    Allow 5-10 minutes for the Wi-Fi to activate.
  1. Press the
    MENU button
     on the Remote Touch then select
    Setup

  2. Select
    General
    .
  3. Select
    Delete Personal Data
    .
  4. Select
    Delete
    .
  5. To confirm, select
    Yes
    .
    Once the factory data reset has been complete, an update to the Lexus app may be required.
