Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your Galaxy S20+ 5G / Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
Calls from contacts or phone numbers added to the blocked list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. To add a number perform one of the following:
    1. Tap
      Add a phone number
       , enter the desired number then tap the
      Add icon
       Add icon.
    2. Tap 'Recents' or 'Contacts', select the desired phone number or contact then tap
      Done
      .

Remove Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. To remove a number from the blocked list, tap the
    Remove icon
     Remove icon located to the right of the number.
