Here's how to turn mobile data for your razr on or off.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Ensure the Use SIM switch is on Switch on.
  4. Tap the
    Mobile data switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If prompted, tap
    OK
     to confirm.
