Here's how to clear cached data if your razr runs slowly, crashes or resets or apps freeze.
If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    See all 'xx' apps
    .
  4. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown menu
     then select
    All apps
    .
  5. Tap the appropriate app.
  6. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  7. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  3. Tap
    Manage storage
    .
    The Files app opens.
  4. In the 'Junk files' section, tap
    Clean
     then tap
    Clear
    .
  5. In the 'Clean up' section, tap
    OK
    .
    'Clean up' only appears if there is cached data to clean up.
