Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail - Nokia

Here's how to add a contact on your Nokia smartphone via Basic Visual Voicemail.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message to open it.
  3. Tap 'Create new contact' or 'Add to a contact'.
    If prompted, choose a default account for contacts.
  4. Enter or edit any of the info (e.g. name, phone, etc.) then tap
    SAVE
     (upper-right).
