Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - Nokia

Here's how to check for Visual Voicemail messages on your Nokia smartphone.

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

In order to perform the steps below, Visual Voicemail must be active.

From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap

Voicemail

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, perform any of the following:

Play message

Tap a message then tap the

Play icon

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the voicemail (at the top).

To turn the speakerphone on or off, tap the

Speaker icon

(left of the Play icon).

Delete a message

Tap a message.

Tap the

Delete icon

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your device or from another phone.
