Uninstall the Digital Secure App

Here's how to remove or disable the Digital Secure app from your Apple device.
Uninstalling / disabling doesn't cancel your monthly subscription. To prevent future charges unsubscribe from Digital Secure.

Apple iOS

  • If you delete an app from your Apple device, you don't automatically cancel any in-app subscriptions. While deleting an app, you might see a 'Cancel Subscription' option.

  1. From the Home screen, touch and hold the app.
    Do not press down on the screen as this may activate 3D Touch.
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Tap
    Remove App
    .
  3. Tap
    Delete App
    .

Android

  1. From a Home screen do one of the following:
    • Navigate:
      Settings
      Apps
      .
    • Navigate:
      Settings
      Apps and notifications
      App info
      .
  2. Locate then tap
    Digital Secure
    .
    If necessary, tap
    See all apps
    .
  3. Tap
    Modify System Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    Allow permission switch
     to turn off Turn off.
  5. Tap the
    back icon
     (upper-right).
  6. Tap 'Disable' or 'Uninstall'.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled.
    Disabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.
  7. If prompted, tap
    Yes
