Here's how to view the software version your Galaxy A20 is running.
Check the Software Updates page page to see if your device's most recent software version is listed.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    About phone

  3. Tap
    Software information
     then view the Build number.
