Samsung Galaxy A20 - Stop Running Apps

Here's how to stop a running app if it causes your Galaxy A20 to freeze, crash, reset or run slow.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    • Tap the
      Filter and sort icon
       Sort icon.
    • Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       Sort icon to turn on.
    • Tap
      OK
      .
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. To confirm, review the message then tap
    OK
    .
