Here's how to configure Mobile Hotspot settings (e.g., password, timeout settings, etc.) on your Galaxy A20.

Configure Mobile Hotspot

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
    .
  3. Tap
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  4. Tap
    Configure
    .
  5. Configure any of the following:
    • Network name
    • Security
      This option can be set to Open or WPA2 PSK.
    • Password
      Password can be changed.
    • Advanced
      Tap Advanced to view additional options (e.g., Hidden network, Wi-Fi sharing, etc.).
  6. Tap
    Save
     (lower-right).
