Here's how to check available space if your Galaxy Note10 / Galaxy Note 10+ / Note10+ 5G runs slowly / crashes, apps freeze or you can't save media.
To free up space if your device runs slowly or crashes / resets, apps freeze when running them or you can't save media, view this info.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Battery and device care
    Storage

  3. View the available space from the following sections:
    • User data
    • SD card
      This section is only available when an SD / memory card is inserted.
      Storage on an SD / memory card is only supported on the Note10+ and Note10+ 5G.
