Here's how to clear cached data if your Galaxy A20 runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.
Follow the steps below to clear temporary files and free up storage on your device or SD / memory card without losing info.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon
       Filter Icon.
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
      to turn on Switch On Icon.
    3. Tap
      OK
      .
  4. Tap
    Storage
    .
  5. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.
