Digital Secure App - Add Identity Protection

Here's how to add (or remove) personal info via the Digital Secure app so it can be monitored and you can be alerted if it's found on the dark web.
  • The paid premium version of Digital Secure is needed in order to subscribe to Identity Protection.
  • For account support (e.g., password issues, etc.), contact McAfee® Support at (866) 284-1308.
  1. Open the Digital Secure app.
  2. From the Dashboard tab, scroll down to 'Check if your online identity was exposed' then tap
    Check identity
    .
    Alternatively, from the Services tab, locate then tap
    Identity Protection
    .
  3. Enter the email address to be scanned, tap
    Check identity
     then follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. To add or remove additional info to monitor, refer to Identity Proection under Service settings.
