Here's how to remove a Google (Gmail) account from your Galaxy A10e.
Removing then re-adding your Gmail™ account often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    >
    Accounts and backup
    >
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Select the appropriate Gmail address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap
    Remove account
    .
