Here's how to erase all data from the SD / memory card of your Galaxy A10e.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card. It's recommended to back up the data.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / memory card is inserted.
  1. Ensure your smartphone isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.
  2. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  3. Navigate:

    Storage

  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap
    Advanced
    .
  6. Tap the name of the SD / memory card.
    The name varies depending upon the type of card used.
  7. Tap
    Format

  8. Review the disclaimer then tap
    Format SD card
    .
    Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
