Here's how to configure 'Power mode' settings for your Galaxy Tab S5e to conserve battery life.
  • Configuring the 'Power mode' helps conserve battery power.
  • 'Power mode' reduces your device's performance and limits vibration, location services and most background data.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Battery and device care
    Battery
    .
  3. Tap
    Power saving mode
    .
  4. Tap the
    Power saving mode switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
  5. When Power saving mode is off, you can customize power saving options by tapping the following to turn on or off:
    • Limit CPU speed to 70%
    • Decrease brightness by 10%
    • Limit apps and Home screen
