Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - Manage Screen Lock Settings

Here's how to configure the screen lock settings for your Galaxy Tab S5e.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Lock screen
    .
  3. Tap
    Secure lock settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  4. Do any of the following:
    Depending upon the screen lock type, the options presented may vary.
    • Tap
      Auto lock when screen turns off
       then select an option (e.g. 5 seconds, 1 minute, etc.).
    • Tap any of the following switch(es) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off :
      • Lock instantly with Side key
      • Auto factory reset
      • Lock network and security
      • Show Lockdown option
  5. Tap the
    Back icon Back icon
    (upper-left) to save changes and return to the previous screen.
