Nokia 3 V - Restart in Safe Mode

Here's how to restart your Nokia 3 V if it crashes and resets, freezes or runs slowly.
Safe Mode puts your phone in a diagnostic state (returned to default settings) so you can determine if a third-party app is causing your device to freeze, reset or run slow.
An alternate method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     (right edge) until the 'Power off' option appears on the screen then release.

  2. Touch and hold 'Power off' until 'Restart in Safe Mode' screen appears.
  3. From the 'Restart to Safe Mode' prompt, tap
    TURN ON SAFE MODE
    .
    The process may take up to 60 seconds to complete.
    Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.

  4. With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality.
