Here's how to adjust screen brightness and other display settings (e.g., Sleep, Screen saver, Font size, etc.) for your Nokia 3 V.
Follow these steps to adjust brightness settings and display / font settings.

Adjust Brightness Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Display Display icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Brightness level
     , then adjust the slider as desired.
  4. Tap
    Adaptive brightness
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.

Adjust Display / Font Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Display Display icon

  3. Tap
    Advanced
     Advanced icon.
  4. Tap
    Sleep
     then select an option (e.g., 30 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Colors
     then select an option (e.g., Natural, Boosted).
  6. Tap the
    Back icon
     Back icon (upper-left) to return to the display settings screen.
  7. Tap
    Font size
     then select an option (Small, Default, Large).
    To select, touch and hold the green dot then drag left or right.
  8. Tap
    Display size
     then select an option (Small, Default, Large).
    To select, touch and hold the green dot then drag left or right.
  9. To control what happens when the phone is docked or charging:
    1. Tap
      Screen saver
      .
    2. Tap
      Current screen saver
       to select a setting (e.g., Clock, Colors, etc.).
    3. Tap
      When to start
       then choose one of the following:
      • While charging
      • While docked
      • While charging or docked
      • Never
