Orbic® Journey™ V / Orbic Journey - Block / Unblock Numbers

Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to Voicemail on your Orbic Journey V / Journey.
Calls from contacts or phone numbers added to the reject list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  2. Navigate:
    Tools &
    Settings
     >
    Settings
     >
    Call settings
     >
    Blocked calls
    .
  3. Select
    Add
    then enter the number to block.
  4. Select
    Save
    .

Remove Block

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  2. Navigate:
    Tools &
    Settings
     >
    Settings
     >
    Call settings
     >
    Blocked calls
    .
  3. From the 'Blocked calls' screen, select a number.
  4. Press the
    left soft key
     Soft key to choose 'Remove'.
  5. Confirm your selection by pressing the
    left soft key
     to choose 'Yes'.
