Manage Adaptive Battery / Battery Optimization Settings - Android (Sonim)
Battery optimization helps conserve battery power on your device and is turned on by default for your Sonim device.
- Android™ devices with the battery optimization setting can enhance battery life by placing apps in Doze mode or App Standby.
- The optimization setting is enabled by default. Disabling optimization may impact the device's battery life.
- Optimization may cause certain apps, such as Voicemail, My Verizon, and Gmail, to stop functioning.
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
- Navigate:Settings
>
Apps & notifications>Advanced. - TapSpecial app access.
- TapBattery optimization.
- Tap theDropdown menu
(at the top) then tap
All apps. - Tap theMenu icon
(upper-right).
- Tap the appropriate app, tap one of the following then tapDone:
- Optimize
- Don't optimize
