Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail - Alcatel / TCL

Here's how to add a contact on your Alcatel / TCL smartphone via Basic Visual Voicemail.
  1. From a Home screen tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From the options, tap the
    Voicemail icon
     (upper-right).
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message.
  4. Tap 'Create new contact' or 'Add to a contact'.
  5. Enter or edit any of the information (e.g. name, phone, address, email, etc.) then tap
    SAVE
     (upper-right).
    If creating a new contact, refer to Add a Contact for assistance.
    If adding to a contact, select a contact then add/edit info as preferred then tap
    SAVE
     (upper-right). Refer to Edit a Contact for assistance.
