Sonim XP8 - Adjust Account Sync Settings

Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Sonim XP8 if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
If you need to adjust account sync settings because you're not receiving email and app notifications on your Sonim XP8® , follow these step-by-step instructions.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: 
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Accounts
    .
  3. Tap the preferred account.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Turn the sync settings on On Switch or off Off Switch as applicable.
    The settings presented vary depending upon account type.
    To turn on master sync for all account types:
    1. Navigate:
      Settings
       >
      Accounts
      .
    2. Tap the
      Automatically sync data switch
       to turn it on.
    3. Tap
      OK
