Alcatel Avalon V - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

Here's how to factory / hard reset your Avalon V if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset only if absolutely necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    An alternate reset method is available if the Alcatel Avalon™ V is unresponsive or won't power on.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Tap
    Erase all data (factory reset)
    .
  4. Tap
    RESET PHONE
    .
    If presented, enter the current unlock pattern, PIN or password.
  5. Tap
    ERASE EVERYTHING
    .
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If applicable, set up your device. If troubleshooting third party apps, don't restore app data.
