Here's how to free up space if your Avalon V runs slow or crashes, apps freeze, or you can't save media.
To free up space if your device runs slow or crashes/resets, apps freeze when running them, or you can't save media, view this info.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  3. View the Available space.
    If an SD card is inserted , tap
    SD card
     (at the bottom) then view the Available space.
If the device memory is full, these items may be moved from internal storage to SD card or removed from the device:
