Alcatel Avalon™ V - Block / Unblock Numbers

Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your Avalon V.
Calls from contacts or phone numbers added to the reject list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon.
    If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Call blocking
    .
    To enable or disable call blocking, tap the '
    You won't receive calls or texts from blocked numbers' switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  4. Tap
    ADD A NUMBER
    .
  5. Enter a 10-digit phone number into the 'Phone number' field then tap
    BLOCK
    .

Remove Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon.
    If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Call blocking
    .
  4. Tap the
    X icon
     located to the right of the corresponding number.
