Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS - Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

Here's how to adjust screen brightness and other display settings (e.g., Sleep, Font size, etc.) for your Tab 4 8 PLUS.
Follow these steps to adjust brightness settings and display / font settings for your Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS.

Adjust Brightness Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: 
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Display
    .
  3. Tap
    Brightness level
     then slide the
    brightness bar
     left or right to adjust brightness.
  4. Tap the
    Adaptive brightness switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    Brightness adjusts automatically based on ambient light.
  5. Tap the
    Sunlight Visibility Improvement switch
     to turn on or off.
    Brightness is increased when outside in bright sunlight.

Adjust Display / Font Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: 
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Display
    .
  3. Tap
    Night Light
     then select the preferred settings.
    Tap the 
    Back arrow
     Back arrow icon to return to the Display screen.
  4. Tap 
    Advanced
     to configure the following additional settings:
    • Sleep (e.g., Never, 15 seconds, etc.)
    • Screen saver
    • Ambient display
    • Notification light options
  5. Tap the 
    Back arrow
     Back arrow icon to return to the Display screen then tap
    Advanced
     >
    Font size
    .
  6. Slide the
    Font size bar
     left or right to adjust text size.
