Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS - Add an Existing Google™ Account

Here's how to add an existing Google account to your Tab 4 8 PLUS.
If you don't already have an account, refer to Create a New Google Account.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Users & accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Accounts
    (in the right pane) then tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Google
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  5. Enter the Gmail™ address then tap
    Next
     (lower-right).
  6. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  7. To continue, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then tap
    I agree
     (lower-right).
    To review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tap the appropriate link and language then tap
    Close
     (at the bottom) when finished.
  8. If presented, tap the
    Backup to Google Drive switch
     to turn Switch on or off Switch off then tap
    ACCEPT
    .
  9. If presented to Set up payment info, select any of the following then tap
    CONTINUE
     (lower-right):
    • Add credit or debit card
    • Add PayPal
    • Redeem code
    • No thanks
  10. If applicable, complete all remaining steps to set up payment info.
