Google Pixel 3a - Add a Contact

Here's how to add a contact to your Pixel 3a / 3a XL.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Tap
    Contacts
     Contacts icon.
    To select an account other than the default, tap the
    Switch account icon
     switch account (upper-right) then tap the account to select.
  3. Tap the
    Add icon
     add contact (lower-right).
  4. Enter any of the information (e.g., phone, address, email, etc.) then tap
    Save
    (upper-right).
    Depending upon the account type, the options presented may vary.
    To add a pause (2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap
    *#
     and tap Pause (,) or Wait (;) then tap
    Save
    .
    To change the type of selection, tap the
    Dropdown menu
     Dropdown menu icon located to the right of the selection then select the desired choice (e.g., Mobile, Work, Birthday, etc.).
  5. Tap the Back icon Back navigation icon to exit.
