Here's how to sync Google email, contacts, calendar, etc. on your DuraForce PRO 2.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps Apps icon
    Settings
    Accounts
    .
  2. Tap the account name (email address).
  3. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  4. Tap the appropriate data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail™ etc.) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon (upper-right).
    2. Tap
      Sync now
