KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 2 - Set Up Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up fingerprint recognition on your DuraForce PRO 2.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon
    Settings
    Security
    .
  2. From the Device security section, tap
    Fingerprint
    .
  3. Read the disclaimer then tap
    CONTINUE
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  4. Select the backup screen lock method.
    • Pattern
    • PIN
    • Password
  5. Select a notifications option then tap
    Done
    .
  6. From the 'Get ready!' screen, read the disclaimer the tap
    NEXT
    .
  7. Place your finger on the sensor until it vibrates then lift.
    Repeat this step until the process is complete.
    For greater accuracy, finger placement should vary slightly each time.
    For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  8. Enter a name for the fingerprint then tap
    DONE
    .
