KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 2 - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings
Here's how to check Do Not Disturb settings if your DuraForce PRO 2 isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
- The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
- Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.
Manage Priority Interruptions
- From a Home screen, navigate:.Apps iconSettingsSound
- TapDo Not Disturb.To change the Do not disturb setting, follow the steps below.
- Tap any of the following then select an option:
- Calls > Allow calls
- From anyone
- From contacts only
- From starred contacts only
- Don't allow any calls
- Allow repeat callersTap to turn on
or off

- SMS, MMS, and messaging apps > Allow messages
- From anyone
- From contacts only
- From starred contacts only
- Don't allow any messages
- Tap theBack icon
(upper-left).
- TapDefault durationthen select one of the following and tapOK:
- Until you turn off
- For 1 hourIncrease or decrease this time frame using the

- Ask every time
- TapSchedules.
- Tap (check
) any of the following to turn on:
- Sleeping
- Event
- Add more
- Tap theGear Icon
to the right to configure as desired (e.g., Days, Start time, etc.).
- Tap theBack iconthen tapTURN ON NOW.
Change Do Not Disturb Setting
- Swipe down from the top of a Home screen.The image below is an example.
