Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon
    Settings
    Apps & notifications
    .
  2. Tap
    See all 'xx' apps
    .
  3. Navigate to then tap the appropriate app.
  4. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  5. Tap
    CLEAR CACHE
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.
  6. If prompted, tap
    OK
    .

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon
    Settings
    Storage
    .
  2. Tap
    FREE UP SPACE
    .
  3. Tap
    FREE UP SPACE
    to confirm.
