Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Turn Power Saver On / Off

Here's how to turn 'Power mode' on or off to help manage battery performance for your GizmoTablet.
While enabled, Power mode reduces the performance of your device and limits vibration, location services, and most background data to help improve battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Device care
    >
    Battery
    .
  3. Tap
    Power mode
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To turn on:
      1. Tap Medium power saving or Maximum power saving.
      2. Tap
        Apply
        .
    • To turn off tap
      Optimized
      .
  5. Configure any of the following settings then tap
    Apply
    :
    • Restrict background data
      Activated when a blue check is present.
    • Limit CPU speed
      Activated when a blue check is present.
    • Brightness
      Tap the
      Dropdown icon
       Dropdown icon then select the preferred setting.
