Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Manage Screen Lock Settings

Here's how to configure the screen lock settings for your GizmoTablet.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Lock screen
    .
  3. Tap
    Secure lock settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Configure any of the following:
    Depending upon the screen lock type, the options presented may vary.
    • Make pattern visible
      Tap to to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    • Lock automatically
      • Immediately
      • 5 seconds
      • 15 seconds
      • 30 seconds
      • 1 minute
      • 2 minutes
      • 5 minutes
      • 10 minutes
      • 30 minutes
    • Lock instantly with Power key
      Tap to turn on or off.
    • Auto factory reset
      Tap to turn on or off.
    • Lock network and security
      Tap to turn on or off.
    • Show Lockdown option
      Tap to turn on or off.
  5. Tap the
    left arrow icon
     Left arrow icon (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap Smart Lock to configure settings.
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
