Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Link / Unlink Contacts

Here's how to link or unlink duplicate contacts in your GizmoTablet.
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.

Link Contacts

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Contacts
     Contacts icon.
  3. Select a contact.
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap
    Link to another contact
    .
  6. Select the contact(s) to link.
    Selected when a checkmark is present.
  7. Tap
    Link
    (bottom).

Unlink Contacts

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Contacts
     Contacts icon .
  3. Select a contact.
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap
    Add/remove linked contacts
    .
  6. Tap
    Unlink
    located to the right of the contact(s).
    To unlink all contacts tap
    Unlink all
    (bottom).
