Here's how to turn Bluetooth for your Galaxy Tab A (10.5) on or off and make it visible to other devices for pairing.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Bluetooth
    .
  3. Tap the
    Bluetooth switch
     (upper-right) to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    Your device is visible to nearby devices while the Bluetooth® settings screen is open and Bluetooth is enabled.
