Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) - Set Date and Time

If your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 shows the incorrect date and/or time, here's how to correct it.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    General Management
    Date and time
     (System section).
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To use network-provided values, ensure Automatic date & time is turned on On switch icon.
    • To adjust manually, ensure the automatic date & time isn't turned off Off switch icon then:
      1. Tap
        Select time zone
         then select the appropriate time zone.
      2. Tap
        Set date
        .
      3. Set the date then tap
        Done
        .
      4. Tap
        Set time
        .
      5. Set the time then tap
        Done
        .
  4. If desired, tap
    Use 24-hour format
    to enable.
