Here's how to turn Bluetooth for your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) on or off and make it visible to other devices for pairing.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings On switch icon
    Connections
    .
  3. Tap the
    Bluetooth switch
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
    Your device is visible to other devices as long as the Bluetooth® settings screen is open and Bluetooth is turned on.
