Call Filter - Add / Remove Number - Block List
Here's how to add or remove a number from the block list via the Call Filter app.
- Call Filter (formerly Caller Name ID) provides additional caller detail (e.g., city, state, name, etc.) and enables you to manage and block spam calls.
- The steps below are only available for Call Filter Plus. Refer to Subscribe to Call Filter Plus for more info.
Add Number to Block List
- From a Home screen, navigate:.AppsCall Filter
- TapBlock.
- TapBlocked(top of screen).
- TapAdd new.If necessary, subscribe to Call Filter Plus.
- Enter the phone number and Name (optional).
- TapReport as spamif you want to also report the number as spam (optional).
- TapBlock number.
Remove Number from Block List
- From a Home screen, navigate:.AppsCall Filter
- TapBlock.
- TapBlocked(top of screen).
- Tap a blocked number.
- TapUnblock number.
- TapConfirm.
