One Talk Portal - Create Virtual On-Net Extensions

Here's how to create virtual extensions for your business lines via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
     then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage features
    .
  5. From the Business Features tab, click
    Virtual On-Net Extensions
    .
  6. Click
    Add a line
     (upper-right).
  7. Enter the phone number, username and virtual extension then click
    Submit
    .
    Virtual extensions can also be added in bulk using a template.
