Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - ASUS

Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message from your ASUS phone.
  • Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  • Only Verizon wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail message replies.

Text Message

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Apps icon
     .
  2. From the Apps tab, navigate:
    Verizon Apps Folder Verizon Apps Folder icon
    Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon
    .
  3. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, tap and hold a message.
  4. Tap
    Reply
    .
  5. Tap
    Text Message
    .
  6. From the To field, enter the 10-digit mobile number if needed.
    As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  7. From the Enter message field, enter a message.
  8. Tap
    Send
     (lower-right).

Email

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Apps icon
     .
  2. From the Apps tab, navigate:
    Verizon Apps Folder Verizon Apps Folder icon
    Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon
    .
  3. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, tap and hold a message.
  4. Tap
    Reply
    .
  5. Tap
    Email
    .
  6. From the To field, enter the email address.
    As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  7. From the Subject field, edit the subject (if desired).
  8. From the message body, enter a message.
  9. Tap
    Send
     (upper-right).
