Here's how to set up a Visual Voicemail greeting for your LG device.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     (upper-left) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Set standard greeting
    .
  4. Select a Voicemail greeting option then tap
    Done
    :
    • Greeting with telephone number
    • Greeting with recorded name
      1. Tap
        Next
        .
      2. Tap
        Record
         to record your name then tap
        Stop
        .
    • Custom greeting
      1. Tap
        Next
        .
      2. Tap
        Record
         to record a custom greeting then tap
        Stop
        .
