Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+ - Block / Unblock Numbers

Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your Galaxy S8 / S8+.
Calls from contacts or phone numbers added to the reject list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, touch and swipe up or down then tap Phone.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     More menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. Enter the 10 digit number then tap the
    Add icon
     Add entry icon (right).
    If preferred, tap 'Recents' or 'Contacts' then select a desired contact and tap
    Done
    .
  5. If preferred, tap the
    Block unknown callers
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.

Remove Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, touch and swipe up or down then tap Phone.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     More menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. To remove a number from the Block list, tap the
    Remove icon
     Delete entry icon (far-right of the number).
