Apple iPhone - Turn Noise Cancellation On / Off

Here's how to reduce background noise on calls on your iPhone.
  • If turned on, the Noise Cancellation setting reduces background noise while on a call.
  • This setting isn't available on the Apple® iPhone® 13 and later models.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:

    If unavailable, swipe left to access the App Library.
    If unavailable, navigate:

    General
    Accessibility
    .
  2. Tap
    Audio / Visual
     then tap the
    Phone Noise Cancellation switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off off switch.
