Apple iPhone - Contact App Developers

Here's how to report problems or submit suggestions for apps via the App Store on your iPhone.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPhone®, tap the
    App Store
     .
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Tap
    Search
    .
  3. Enter the name of the app in the search field then tap the app.
    If preferred, tap
    Developer Website
     (if available - may require scrolling) to access the developer's site.
    The app must be downloaded to your device to review (i.e., you can only review apps you have).
  4. Tap
    Ratings & Reviews
    .
    If preferred, tap
    App Support
     (if available) to access the support site.
  5. To rate the app, choose the star rating.
  6. Tap
    Write a Review
    .
    If presented with Sign In, tap
    Use Existing Apple ID
    .
  7. To submit a review, enter the review info then tap
    Send
    .
